The Innovation Management Program at DEWA (Dubai Electricity and Water Authority) is a strategic initiative designed to instill a robust culture of innovation throughout the organization. Currently in its preliminary phase, the program is developing customized training materials with the help of DEWA's internal experts. Early milestones include the development of course outlines, successful brainstorming sessions, and the initial creation of pilot content. Challenges such as creating engaging content have been effectively addressed by leveraging a diverse group of internal experts, enriching the training content and broadening its relevance.
