The application has a registration feature, and it aims to engage members of the public in the United Arab Emirates in evaluating federal government services and service centers, and providing feedback or suggestions to improve the level of services further.
Information Collected by the Application
The Application collects the customer’s personal information, if provided by them, their feedback, and voices out their satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the service they received, the service center they visited, or the employee name who served them.
Application collect real time information about device location
Personal data is stored or processed. Third parties do not obtain and/or have access to information process by the Application unless the concerned PMO team share your information with the third-party services, and the information is used to improve the customer’s journey through the federal government services.
Security controls implemented
The Prime Minister’s Office shall maintain confidentiality of the information provided by the App’s user and his feedback with respect to government services. Users are prohibited from performing any activity that may violate or undermine the ultimate objective of this application or any other illegal activity, whether directly or indirectly, including, but not limited to, any actions that may be considered harmful, abusive, indecent, or otherwise infringing upon others’ rights.
Your personal information can be transferred only to the concerned employee or governmental entity.
We only retain the personal information provided by you for the period necessary for the purpose of application usage, and after the necessary period, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, but otherwise provided by laws and regulations except.
We will not disclose your personal information publicly.
