Partnership Platform
The Partnership Platform is a transformative initiative designed to streamline the management of Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) within MBZUH and its partners. By introducing a dual-phase system for initiation and management, this platform simplifies the activation and prioritization of MOUs, enabling department heads to align collaborations with strategic goals effectively. Previously burdened by inefficient processes, the platform now offers a streamlined, strategic approach that reduces administrative overhead and maximizes the impact of partnerships. Currently in the first phase of implementation, with positive early feedback, the platform is poised to introduce a comprehensive management system that will further enhance institutional collaboration. As it progresses, the platform aims to expand its capabilities and integrate with broader government systems, transforming how collaborations are managed and increasing organizational efficiency.
