One Access Point to All UAEU Digital Services through SSO & UAEPASS
The UAE University (UAEU) is launching a transformative project to consolidate all digital services into a single access point for its entire community, including students, faculty, staff, and alumni. This initiative will streamline access through the UAEU website and mobile application, where users can either log in via UAE Pass or create a new account. The integration aims to eliminate the fragmentation previously experienced and enhance security and ease of access by aligning with UAE government regulations and digital governance standards.
Currently, the project is in the release test phase, focusing on developing a user-friendly portal and mobile app. This unified platform is set to significantly improve operational efficiency and user satisfaction by providing a seamless digital experience to the university's 15,000 students, 70,000 alumni, and 2,500 faculty and staff. With milestones like the integration of Single Sign-On (SSO) and UAE Pass already achieved, the project is well on its way to redefining how university communities interact with digital services. The project's development is guided by robust management support and aligns with national digital transformation goals, ensuring it remains scalable and adaptable to future technological advancements and user needs.
