Interactive Service Catalogue

The Interactive Service Catalogue is an advanced online platform designed to transform how users access and navigate over 100 different services, eliminating the need for extensive searches and reliance on typing centers. This platform revolutionizes the user experience by incorporating customizable filters that tailor service listings to individual needs, significantly reducing search times and enhancing user satisfaction. Developed to serve a broad audience including individual customers, investors, and medical professionals, the catalogue facilitates efficient and independent service selection, especially beneficial for newcomers to the service system. Currently in the final stages of user interface testing, the platform is poised for further development, with plans to integrate generative AI to predict user needs and enhance personalization. This forward-looking strategy ensures the catalogue's adaptability and scalability, making it a fundamental tool in the digital service landscape and a model of user-centric innovation.
